The Ministry of Education and Research and the Estonian Science Foundation announce that
they welcome applications for
top researcher grants
for the researcher mobility programme MOBILITAS
of the measure “Preferential development of key areas of research and development, innovation strategy and educational science” of priority axis “Development of the Human Resources of Research and Development Activities” of “Operational Programme for Human Resource Development”. Issuing of grants fulfils the objectives of the Estonian Research and Development and Innovation Strategy 2007–2013 “Knowledge-based Estonia” and the Estonian Higher Education Strategy 2006–2015.
Grant application has to be submitted electronically via the Estonian Research Portal (ETIS)
by 15 September 2011 at 17:00 local time.
