The Ministry of Education and Research and Estonian Science Foundation announce that have opened

 

of the measure “Preferential development of key areas of research and development, innovation strategy and educational science” of priority axis “Development of the Human Resources of Research and Development Activities” of “Operational Programme for Human Resource Development”. The issuing of grants fulfils the objectives of Estonian Research and Development and Innovation Strategy 2007–2013 “Knowledge-based Estonia” and Estonian Higher Education Strategy 2006–2015.

 

An application for the top researcher or postdoctoral grant has to be submitted electronically via the Estonian Research Portal (ETIS)

 

 

 

Applicants can start submitting applications via ETIS as of mid-August 2009.
